All Cuttix customers are entitled to priority email support for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Priority support translates to at most one business day of initial response time. Extended priority support may be purchased separetely to the software product.

Upgrade policy for Cuttix allows existing customers to use all minor updates to a purchased software product free of additional charges. All existing customers are eligible for all major product upgrades at discounted prices.
